Ajibola Olayinka is a seasoned business transformation expert with nearly four decades of experience in business re-engineering and executive leadership across diverse sectors, including telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate, financial services, consulting, agriculture, and oil & gas.
He has held several top management roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Emmarach Integrated Concepts Ltd and DN Meyer Plc, Chief Financial Officer at Candel Corporation, Commercial Director at Globacom, and Chief Operating Officer at Honeywell Group. His extensive career also includes leadership and technical roles at Esso Exploration & Production Nigeria, Ecobank Plc, Arthur Andersen, and KPMG.
Olayinka has served on the boards of FBNQuest Trustees Ltd, Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc, and ACAP Ltd. He is currently the Chairman of Bestspring Foundation (an NGO) and the Jextoban Secondary School Parents Teachers Association, and a member of the Caleb University Strategy Committee.
